  • Rate yourself

Score yourself area by area, from humour and love to cleanliness and following through, and get a report card with your grade.

  • Hear it from your crew

Set up a crew of family, mates or your partner and send one invite link. They rate you anonymously, so nobody sees who gave which score.

  • See the gaps

Compare how you rate yourself with how your crew rates you, and see your top three and bottom three areas.

  • Get better at it

Each low score comes with practical things to try, and a crew report shows what the whole group could work on together.

Three kinds of crew

  • Families: see how the household is going and who's holding it all together.
  • Mates: a leaderboard for your group, from the MVP to whoever's on notice.
  • Couples: a check-in for the two of you.

It's a bit of fun, with a serious edge: this is how you show up for the people around you.

What it costs

A self review is free with no sign-up, and a 360 review with a few people rating you is free too. Bigger crews use a paid pass, bought once per crew per season by the person who sets it up. Everyone they invite joins free. See ratemyyear.com for current prices.
